The new planning and reporting system will primarily be used for the planning of agreed actions, monitoring the work carried out and route optimization in the welfare sector for all ten districts in the administration and social resource management of the City of Gothenburg. The welfare sector includes elderly care, health care, disability care, individual- and family care.
The basis of the SaaS solution is Kompanion, a web-based planning tool for home care services from Projektstyrning Prima AB, a company partly owned by Addnode Group, and a monitoring system from the partner company Phoniro. The assignment includes project implementation, system integration, maintenance and support during the contract period.
– "We are very pleased to be chosen to deliver this prestigious assignment to the City of Gothenburg. This is a very interesting project as it becomes a shared planning and monitoring system for one of the largest public provider of elderly care in Sweden", says Andreas Wikholm, President of Addnode Group Process Management.
– "We work continuously to strengthen our offering to the public sector. The decision by the City of Gothenburg to work with us in the welfare area is a strong signal that we are succeeding with our efforts", says Staffan Hanstorp, President and CEO of Addnode Group.
The letter of allotment from the city of Gothenburg is a declaration of intent to enter a final agreement. In accordance with the Public Procurement Act a standstill period of ten days has now taken in effect before the contract can be signed.
