03/12/2018 – Addnode Group, Europe's leading provider of software and services for design and engineering activities, announced today that they have acquired simulation specialist SSA and its sister company Simuleon with combined net sales of approximately SEK 55 million.
The acquisitions of Strategic Simulation & Analysis Limited ("SSA") and Simuleon B.V. ("Simuleon") are in line with Addnode Group's strategy to be an international market-leading provider of software and services for simulation, design and engineering activities. SSA and Simuleon will become part of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) division of Addnode Group with TechniaTranscat and Intrinsys.

SSA and Simuleon are both partners for the Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA product range and provide software, training and consulting services in Computer Aided Engineering and carry out product simulation using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and multiphysics.
