TECHNIA, a company in Division Product Lifecycle Management, announces today that it has acquired Key Performance. The company has operations in US and Sweden and net sales of SEK 25 million.
Key Performance is a Dassault Systèmes specialized solution provider operating in North America and Europe, focused on providing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) consultancy, software, training, and certifications to both the public and private sectors. The acquisition strengthens TECHNIA:s digital twin offering and market position as global platinum partner to Dassault Systèmes.
“This acquisition is a natural development for TECHNIA as we continue to expand our offering within the virtual twin strategy. We believe that Model-Based Systems Engineering will be a core capability for many of our customers. I’m looking forward to working together with our new colleagues at Key Performance,” says Magnus Falkman, CEO of TECHNIA and Division President Product Lifecycle Management, Addnode Group.
Key Performance will be consolidated from March 2023, as part of TECHNIA, in Addnode Group’s division Product Lifecycle Management.
