Addnode Group’s employees have roots in more than 20 countries on several continents, which is a major benefit in our interaction with customers. We engage ourselves in the countries in which we work and support local aid projects. For example, in India our subsidiary TECHNIA supports the organisation Akansha, which provides grants to local orphanages. With the Group’s growing reach across the globe we see a need to, among other things, ensure a shared view of human rights and the countering of corruption.

Within Addnode Group, we host several different events to promote skills development, networking, and creativity.

Addventure is a group-wide initiative where anyone from any position within our group of companies can pitch an idea and compete to make that idea a reality. In 2023, we had over 75 applications, where six finalists from three continents got to pitch their idea live.

Each year, we also host Addnode Hackathon where new ideas are tested and collaboration between companies help foster a more creative and innovative environment.
