Addnode Group is a leading provider of IT systems and services to the public sector. Customers include several government agencies and 270 of Sweden's 290 municipalities. The investment in Kompanion gives Addnode Group a new offering for home care services and access to a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for route-optimization solutions.

The investment in Projektstyrning Prima makes Addnode Group the owner of 37 percent of the company, in the first stage. An option agreement has been signed with the other shareholders giving Addnode Group the right to acquire their shares in 2017. The ownership will be reported as part of business area Process Management and is not expected to have essential impact on earnings in 2014.
