Stockholm City, one of Sweden's largest property owners, chooses Symetri, a subsidiary of Addnode Group, as a partner for new IT support for the property office. The contract is valid for six years to an initial value of SEK 17.5 million with option for a nine-year extension.
Based on Symetris concept, Symetri Efficient Facility IWMS, which combines traditional facility management systems with workplace services, graphical visualization of building models and document management, the city of Stockholm gets a good support for business processes in a common solution.
