Addnode Group announces that it today has acquired DESYS GmbH (DESYS). DESYS is a leading Dassault Systèmes partner in Germany with own software solutions. DESYS has 45 employees and net sales of approximately SEK 170 million.
DESYS has successfully operated in Germany during more than 30 years and has a profound sector knowledge across multiple industries, such as Transportation and Mobility, Industrial Equipment, Shipbuilding and Engineering Services. DESYS is closely partnered with its base of over 700 customers, benefiting from consultancy and support for a wide range of Dassault Systèmes products, including the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. DESYS will become part of Addnode Group's company TECHNIA, and thus be part of the division Product Lifecycle Management.

DESYS has offices in Bielefeld, Böblingen, Schwerte and Munich. The group’s service offering is centred around the Dassault Systèmes’ program platform, but also includes own software products as well as a broad range of training, consulting, support and IT-services.
