Pressmeddelande: Addnode Group förvärvar programvarubolaget Canella och stärker sin position inom välfärds- och apotekslösningar

Addnode Group har förvärvat det svenska programvarubolaget Canella som utvecklar lösningar för den nordiska apoteks- och välfärdsmarknaden. Bolaget omsatte 19 MSEK under 2016.

We acquire unique pharmaceutical skills and a modern software that will strengthen our offer to our customer base in the welfare area. I also expect that we will be able to offer Canella's customers in the pharmacy market a completely different range of services in the future," said Andreas Wikholm, Business Area Manager for Addnode Group Process Management.

Completion will take place on June 1, 2017 and Canella will be part of Addnode Group's Process Management business area. In connection with the acquisition, Addnode Group's Norwegian subsidiary Pharmasolutions AS will also change its name to Canella AS.
